Spaniel oil painting after J. L. Clark, 1830, by Betty Spice
$125.00
A lovely vintage oil painting of a King Charles spaniel by Betty Spice, after work by J. L. Clark, circa 1830. Nicely signed on the back. There is a small area on the back where the paper surface has been damaged by an adhesive but there is no damage to the painting itself. There is a small area on the bottom of the frame, about 1/3 of the way from the left, where the gold paint looks a little discoloured.
The last photo shows a second King Charles painting by Betty that is also available.
2 1/4 inches (5.7 cm) wide, 1 7/8 inches (4.8 cm) tall.
