English Kitchen breakfast tray, Stokesay Ware Blue Sovereign china

A classic English breakfast on a wood footed or bed tray.  The foods are done by Lesley Burgess of The English Kitchen (now retired) and the stunning blue, gold & white porcelain is the Blue Sovereign pattern by Stokesay Ware from the UK.  The tray has a full rack of toast, little dishes of butter and marmalade, and a plate with folded lace edged napkin and knife ready for use.  Then there is the plate of fried egg, sausage and two slices of bacon, with the whole meal to be rounded off with a cup of tea, with milk and sugar available.  The bowl of pink roses add the final touch.  As usual, Lesley didn't sign this, although the Stokesay ware marks are visible under the edges of the two plates.  I don't know who made the tray.

2 1/2 inches (6.4 cm) wide, 1 1/2 inches (3.8 cm) deep, 1 1/4 inches (3.2 cm) tall.
