Tilting brass telescope, likely by IGMA Fellow Chet Spacher - Pending payment

A beautifully made soldered brass telescope.  The legs are fixed and the telescope itself tilts smoothly in its mount.  Notice how the telescope is mounted on the tripod such that when one would stand to use it, the legs would be out of the way.  You can't actually see through it though.  Chet Spacher didn't sign pieces that were replicas of antiques and not his own design, and this piece isn't signed.  However I did find an original Spacher box of exactly the right size in this estate collection and I reckon it highly likely that they go together.

Maximum 2 7/8 inches (7.3 cm) long, 1 15/16 inches (4.9 cm) wide and 4 1/2 inches (11.4 cm) tall with the telescope horizontal.
