Azurite floater, Morocco

A rich bright blue azurite floater mass of crystals from Megrane, Morocco.  A floater is a crystal that formed without being attached to another rock.  The intense colour is natural.  It is displayed on a wooden base.

5/8 inch (1.6 cm) wide, 7/16 inch (1.1 cm) deep, 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) tall.
