A fundraiser for Australian wildlife. A gorgeous, naturally coloured specimen of crocoite from the Adelaide Mine, Dundas, Tasmania, Australia. This is an unmounted specimen that I think will work well for smaller scale settings. Crocoite is a lead ore, so it is sensible to wash one's hands after touching it.
