River tumbled sapphires, Montana, September birthstone

Sapphires occur naturally in Montana, USA, and are found tumbled in river gravels.  They occur in a wide variety of colours, - pink, blue, yellow, clear, not just the blue that we think of for sapphires.  This is an assortment of sapphires in a glass dish.  They are loose so you can do something else with them if you wish.  Sapphires are a September birthstone.
