OOAK cat by Sue Veeder. Rag doll breed? IGMA Fellow, Animal Figures

This is an original sculpt by artisan Sue Veeder, painted and whiskered.  It is clearly signed SV on its back left paw.  I think that it might be a rag doll cat, but I'm not an expert.  The only possible damage that I see is that the tip of its right ear may have a tiny chip, but I'm honestly not certain if it is or whether it is just how the sculpt is done.

2 inches (5.1 cm) nose to tail, 1 inch (2.5 cm) deep.  1:12 scale.
