Francis Whittemore blue glass vase, pitcher, sold individually

Francis Whittemore blue glass vase or pitcher.  Whittemore used actual coloured glass, where the colour is mixed throughout the glass rather than an applied surface coating, so occasionally there is a little inconsistency/swirling in the colours of the glass.  You can see this if you look carefully at the vase on the left.

Left, spherical form vase.  9/16 inch (1.4 cm) diameter, 9/16 inch (1.4 cm) tall

Right, footed jug or pitcher.  There is an area of slightly brownish tinged blue glass around the middle of this piece if you look closely.  5/8 inch (1.6 cm) wide with handle, 15/16 inch (2.4 cm) tall.
