James Clark porcelain tea pot or mortar & pestle, 2000 & 1999, sold individually

A gorgeously painted tea pot, with a pierced spout.  Each side has a different scene.  Its lid fits perfectly and is just lightly held in place with wax.  The mortar and pestle has an Rx pharmacy symbol on one side, but if you wanted to use it in a kitchen you could just turn it around.  Both pieces have James' written signature in blue slip rather than his earlier incised version.

Tea pot: 15/16 inch (2.4 cm) handle to spout, 5/8 inch (1.6 cm) deep, just under 5/8 inch (1.6 cm) tall.

Mortar: just under 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) diameter, 1/4 inch (0.6 cm) tall.
