Avon porcelain watermelon set, UK

A colourful hand painted porcelain dessert set by Avon Miniatures from the UK.  The serving bowl and four individual bowls are all made to look like scooped out watermelon halves, just charming, and very summery.  Each bowl has the distinctive mark for Donna and Keith Brown of Avon Miniatures on the base.

Serving bowl 7/8 inch (2.2 cm) diameter, individual bowls 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) diameter.
