Hand coloured etchings by IGMA Fellow Jane Conneen. I don't know of anyone currently using this art technique in miniature. The copper plate etchings are hand painted, signed and numbered. Each one has a 3-dimensional effect and is protected by glass. Both originally had a glued on hanging bar but the dogwood one no longer does.
Left: June Garden. #8/100, 1979. 1 1/2 inches (3.8 cm) wide, 1 11/16 inches (4.3 cm) tall.
Right: Dogwood. 10/100, 1977 or 1979. 1 3/4 inches (4.4 cm)2 wide, 2 1/16 inches (5.2 cm) tall.
