Francis Whittemore pair of gold rimmed wine goblets

Delicate blown glass by Francis Whittemore.  The perfectly matched pair of glasses are Rhine wine goblets, rimmed with gold.  One of the goblets has some loss to the gold, which I have tried to show in the second photo.  There are no chips or cracks to the glassware. 

Although none of the glassware is signed, these designs perfectly match those in Whittemore's catalogue, as does the perfection of the work.  Francis attained Fellow status with the International Guild of Miniature Artisans (IGMA).

Goblets: just under 3/8 inch (0.95 cm) diameter, 13/16 inch (2.0 cm) tall.
