Geode with banding, Mexico

An unusual geode from Mexico, with a white interior and an area of white and red banding.  It is mounted on a black plastic base for display.  My apologies for the dust showing on the end of the base in the second photo - it is now removed, and came from the padding that I store items in.

5/8 inch (1.6 cm) wide, 5/16 inch (0.8 cm) deep and 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) tall.
