Rainbow Hand Sioux buffalo hunt, painting on leather, 1991

A hand painted pictograph on leather of a Sioux buffalo or bison hunt, by Brian Tepper of Rainbow Hand.  It even has the small holes around the edge which I think were probably for pinning the hide out for display or to work on.  Clearly signed and dated 1991 on the back.  It is as originally presented, displayed on black velvet mat board, although I have replaced the somewhat aged bag that it was in.  The back of the mat board shows some water staining but the front and the actual leather show no damage.

About 3 1/2 inches (8.9 cm) wide, 3 1/2 inches (8.9 cm) tall.
