A hand painted pictograph on leather of Sioux signing a treaty, by Brian Tepper of Rainbow Hand. Clearly signed and dated 1993 on the back. The hide even has a black tail. It is as originally presented, displayed on black velvet mat board, although I have replaced the somewhat aged bag that it was in. It also has one of Brian's explanatory notes.
About 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cm) wide, 4 1/2 inches (11.4 cm) tall.
