Delicate hand painted porcelain half or pincushion dolls.  Three different styles.  If you look closely around the base of each one you can see that there are indentations to mimic the piercings for stitching the fullsize versions onto pincushions.  These ones are not fully pierced but it's a nice detail.  These are from the 1990s.
